Our mission is to equitably accelerate and scale energy efficiency, electrification, and decarbonization across the country, prioritizing historically marginalized communities. Therefore, we prioritize bringing energy efficiency to those who historically have not had access to it Decarbonization cannot be accelerated unless historically marginalized communities are prioritized with inclusive, equitable, and scalable solutions.
Underserved communities face the biggest risks from climate change. They also stand to make the biggest gains when they can decarbonize, upgrade infrastructure, and create revenue-generation opportunities. That's why they earn our focus and attention.

We bring perspective and cultural competency in addition to deep subject matter expertise. Our diverse leadership team understands the challenges uniquely faced by the most vulnerable communities, and the solutions we pursue always seek to have the most equitable positive impact possible.
Our Founding
Philosophy
Gemini Energy Solutions was founded in 2016 by Anthony Kinslow II, PhD. It maintains offices in the San Francisco Bay Area and Washington, DC.
We provide professional energy audits to help businesses reduce their energy bills and greenhouse gas emissions. Furthermore, we engage local communities to strive toward energy efficiency.
The goodwill and confidence of our clients are essential to the Company’s business. Thus, our approach to management, recruitment, staff development and quality control is designed to ensure the delivery of outstanding professional service. The Company’s commitment to quality and providing cost-effective products and services to clients is the cornerstone of its management philosophy.

Vision
Our vision is for energy audits to be both affordable and accessible to the entire small commercial building sector. We also hope to see empowered communities that are educated, engaged, and energized to combat global warming. By making rapid gains that prioritize making transformative changes in the most overlooked communities, the decarbonization movement and clean energy sector can achieve the most positive impacts across all communities.
Mission
To make our vision a reality, we facilitate the implementation of energy efficiency and decarbonization measures in small commercial buildings -- 25,000 square feet or less. At the same time, through our actions, values, and philosophy, we aim to cultivate a drastically more diverse workforce in the energy efficiency sector. By bringing women, people of color, and rural communities into the profession, we can ensure that everyone's skills, expertise, cultural knowledge, and perspective can be centered.
Collectively, our efforts serve to substantially remove financial, cultural, and geographical barriers to making a clean energy transition towards decarbonization and greater energy efficiency.
